You have exactly 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Valid for crockery, dinnerware, serving pieces, and kitchen accessories.
- Must contact support with your order number.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Crockery & Dinnerware Condition
To be eligible for a return, plates, bowls, cups, serving dishes, and dinnerware sets must be unused and returned in their original condition.
- No chips, cracks, or broken edges.
- No scratches, stains, or visible marks.
- Products must be completely unused.
- Original packaging and protective materials must be included.
Kitchen Accessories Condition
Kitchen accessories and dining essentials must be returned unused, clean, and in their original condition.
- No signs of use, food stains, or residue.
- No scratches, dents, or damage.
- All original packaging must be included.
- Product must remain in its original condition.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method or store credit.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale.
